Cohorts of fifteen
Fifteen Fellows is the largest cohort one Principal can hold to a real standard. We do not grow.
Founded in 2020 in a top-floor flat off Buchanan Street, Housekeeph builds leadership mindset programmes and educational materials for the next generation of senior practitioners.
We watched senior practitioners — directors, heads of function, founders — being sold the same five-day retreat for the third decade in a row, and quietly returning to the same office, the same patterns and the same quietly stuck career.
So we built a school. Cohorts of fifteen. Faculty who refused the corporate route. A method that does not require a retreat in the highlands. We teach the way we wish we had been taught: slowly, in cohorts, by people who have actually done the work.
We are not in a hurry. The work is not in a hurry. The Fellows who come to us are not in a hurry.

We do not run weekend retreats. We run weekly studios. The disciplines we teach require repetition, not pilgrimage.
Our faculty are senior practitioners writing on the disciplines they ran for fifteen to twenty-five years.
A Fellow reads about twenty serious texts during the Fellowship. We treat leadership as a literature, not a podcast.
